Amphotericin B colloidal dispersion (ABCD) is a lipid-based polyene antifungal drug. It offers a broad-spectrum of activity and is generally used to treat systemic fungal infections such as deep mycosis, invasive aspergillosis and in the empiric treatment of fever of unknown origin (FUO) as well as visceral leishmaniasis.

Ceftriaxone is a third generation antibiotic with broad spectrum of activity. The bactericidal effect is caused by the inhibition of the synthesis of the cell wall and results in lysis of the bacteria.

Fosfomicin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic which is used as an oral single-shot therapy in the acute treatment and prophylaxis of uncomplicated urinary tract infections.
